Litter plan:

Planned litter Sel. Eau de Luxx Maxxad Lycka
Mid-November of 2025

Membership in Briardclub Germany:

I find the breeding through the Briard Club of Germany,
which is affiliated with the VDH, important.
Breeding is monitored here, and there is a litter site inspection,
a puppy evaluation, as well as an assessment of breeding.
This is important in my opinion in order to intervene in time
in case of mistakes, or getting tips.

Since I was present at 12 litters of the Briard kennel
"auberge des ours heureux", breeder Nadine Hesse (my daughter),
my experience is great, even though my kennel is new.

My breeding goal:

A uniform warm Fauve
with beautiful masks

Straight back line

Good and tolerant nature

Work Ethic

Average size of dogs

Good hair quality (goat hair)

To achieve this, I am very precise when selecting the stud dog!
My breeding bitch and I get to know the stud dog beforehand.
This ensures that both are sympathetic to each other
and the nature of the male can be directly assessed.

The puppies are accustomed to all kinds of sounds at an early age.
They also get to know other environments early on.
This ensures that they are sovereign at their new owners!

Raising:

The puppies spend the first 3 weeks in the house,
after that, they can gradually go out a bit longer
and may receive the first visit.
In the evenings, the little ones always go to their puppy room in the house.

Around the 5th week of life, puppies learn something
know more, go on short walks, go with me
to the hardware store and also get to know my cats.

In the 7th week of life, there is usually no more time for visits,
since the puppies then have e U (ectopic ureters)
to be screened and vaccinated.
The puppies then need rest, to process the vaccinations and the ultrasounds.
